EE620: Introduction to RF Integrated Circuits
Course Description:
This course provides an introduction to the design of analog radio frequency (RF) integrated circuits (RFICs). Topics include transceiver architectures, short channel transistor model, passive component models, MOS and Bipolar LNAs, Mixers, VCOs, frequency synthesizers, PLLs and baseband circuits.
